I took ownership of this vehicle on december 11, 2024. Here are some of the problems i've encountered with this 2025 nissan rogue sl model: (1)blind spot, lane departure has been malfunctioning as of 12-11-2024. (2)the seat belt symbol started malfunctioning a few days later. The red seat belt sign on the dashboard remains on for an extended period. (3)the am/ fm radio was working for a short time then off and on. Whenever the am/fm radio goes out, sirius xm radio remain strong. I brought the suv back to the leasing company twice after which they programmed and reset the radio and the safety features. It seemed to work for a day. I called the leasing company and they said that i should take the rogue to one of nissan's service departments for a diagnostic workup. I made an appointment with the service dept. Where the technician spent a good amount of time going over the vehicle. we then took a test drive where he explained how the system worked. The tech said that this vehicle’s blind spot kicks in after it reaches 30 miles according to the training video. He went on t say, in addition you have to press the blue blind spot logo to activate the system. I took the vehicle to the nissan service. since driving this nissan rogue another problem occurred that complicates all of the other issues above. That is this dangerous rear lift gate. Let me be clear, i’m a disabled veteran and all of these safety components are extremely important to my family. I can’t afford to worry or be hit again by this lift gate. This lift gate has hit me twice which organizing my belongs in this new suv. Whenever your working near the rear bumper the rear lift gate is likely to come down! I’m back from the holidays and this vehicle is going back to the nissan service dept again. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.
Warning popped up that malfunction and forward collision was disabled
Rear center and right seat belts would not latch. Also, dashboard rear seatbelt monitor lights were incorrect.
Car stall and shut off while driving on the highway. This is the second time this has happened in a year. They tried to blame it on the battery the fuel was reading wrong then. Fuel reading issue again in august supposed to have done a software update again to fix it. Now this time my child was driving and the car shuts down while driving on the highway with gas reading 42 miles left. The car gets to the dealership and they say it’s no gas and the fuel pump system failed. This car is a severe safety hazard.
Unknown. I bought my suv 3 months ago jenkin nissan awarel me of a crack and bent front sub frame. It was never reported to carfax. I purchased and finance my car though hgreg
On a clear sunny day, while driving around 40 mph with no traffic in front or behind me my automatic emergency braking activated for a instant and then released. If i had been in traffic such as driving through dallas at 70 mph or more, i might have been rear ended. It scared me. I can imagine what a car behind me would have done with the car in front hitting their break for no reason. There was no warning.
The seat belt connection is located so far down in the seat cushion that it is almost impossible to fasten, and it is especially difficult if you are trying to fasten in a child seat. The design is a safety problem. The seat belts i am referring to are on the back seat.

P0744. Torque Converter Clutch Circuit. Intermittent issue, TSB issued back in 2008 but only affected certain models in that year. (NTB09-148a). current vehicle-2013 Nissan Rogue has intermittent code and has issue traveling down highway above 70 mph.
We purchased a new 2023 rogue last year. One year in, we have a failed upper transmission mount and both power struts on the tailgate. The dealer claims these are known issues but now recalls them. Now, we need to spend over $4,000 for a one-year-old car. I am surprised by the quality nissan is currently using in their vehicles.
