Brake actuator defective
First, we are a victim of fraud and scam and are distressed since day one and loss of thousands of dollars. After searching and reviews, we bought a 2015 lexus rx350 for family use from a seller who had owned this vehicle for over five years but the seller never disclosed and represented in the sale of this vehicle that it was rebuilt and had engine front cover timing gasket leak! They said it was clean title and didn’t have any issues. Plus the blind spot sensors had issues. The same day these problems were recovered after we bought it and from the same first day we tried to return the vehicle and used all other option legally from day one till now to resolve it with the seller, but they didn’t want to resolve neither return it or fix the problems with vehicle but they kept denying. Vehicle been sitting in parking lot since the first day of bought and never able to register and it’s been over 8 months. Also found out, these year models like mine 2015 rx350 timing cover leak were common problem back then. I’m desperately asking to issue a fix remedy by lexus or toyota therefore, please help with this.. Thanks in advance!
My sunroof exploded while driving this morning shattering all over me and almost causing a life threatening crash.
The contact owns a 2020 lexus rx350. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 23v865000 (air bags); however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Vin tool confirms parts not available.

The seatbelt install will not stay tight, the seatbelt slips easily out of the lockoff. This happens in all seating positions in this vehicle but does not happen in our other vehicles.
While driving on a local highway recently, my forearm brushed the automatic shift knob while reaching to place my phone on the wireless charging pad. The transmission shifted into neutral, resulting in an unexpected loss of speed. It took me a few seconds to realize what had happened - i shifted back into drive, and resumed my trip. No accident resulted from this, but it has happened twice in the month that i have owned the car. I reported the issue to the dealership thinking my car had a problem - they said that this is the way the car is designed to function. I found a section in the owner's manual which confirms this - shifting from drive to neutral while stationary requires the knob to be held to the left for a couple seconds; for some reason, doing this while moving requires only a tap (see attached photo of the owner's manual). This seems like a design issue - the unexpected loss of power from bumping the shift knob to the left (no forward or backward motion is needed) could easily result in an accident. I don't understand why they specifically created a system where a "push and hold" is not required to shift into neutral when the vehicle is moving. I reported this issue to corporate lexus today. They said they will consider this feedback in subsequent model designs, but i wonder whether a recall is appropriate. That's why i'm reporting the issue to you, as well.

Hit a deer that impacted the passenger side of the vehicle. Passenger seat was occupied, and door had to be pried open by tow truck driver to get passenger out. Entire right side, from the "l" logo to the front fender was destroyed. The passenger airbag did not deploy, nor did emergency braking or collision avoidance warning go off as deer was crossing from the left (driver) side to passenger side where it impacted. No injuries, but car had to be towed due to front damage. Lexus has no fix for the airbag sensor recall for almost a year now.
