First of all, the 2016 Honda CR-Z is priced $2,700 lower compared to the base MSRP of the 2016 Mitsubishi i-MiEV. Also, the 2016 CR-Z has a more powerful engine than the 2016 i-MiEV, and it gets 77.5 fewer miles on a gallon of fuel. In addition, comparing the dimensions we see that the CR-Z is significantly larger, although it's slightly shorter than the i-MiEV. And then, there is a difference in the number of passengers; the Mitsubishi i-MiEV seats two more the Honda CR-Z. Among similarities is the body structure.
