The check engine light turned on and took it to dealership on 12/14/24 and they stated that throttle chamber may have issues. Used scanner and code p0101- mass air flow sensor circuit was read on scanner. Vehicle struggles to get air flow into engine causes speed to struggle when trying to accelerate.

Hard time shifting from low gear to high gear when accelerating. Would shudder. In cruise control at 55 or higher would surge faster, slower. Finally, in cruise control, at 70 mph lost high gear, downshifted, rpms went very high. We slowed to a stop pulled over, turned car off. Restarted. No forward gears, only reverse.
When engaging in reverse, the back up camera screen will blank out consistently for about 1 second or longer, it will do this when the car is already engaged to go in reverse. This happens constantly, and for it to be a safety feature should be corrected.
See attached document for complaint.
The front passenger seat in my 2022 nissan pathfinder is too low making the seat uncomfortable to sit in. Nissan told me to call the safety board to start a recall.
The contact owns a 2014 nissan pathfinder. The contact stated that upon closing the hood, the hood failed to latch securely. The contact released the hood release lever on the secondary hood latch, allowing the hood lock release cable to hold the hood in place and to prevent the hood from unexpectedly opening. Additionally, the contact stated that the front driver's side sun visor clips had fractured, causing the sun visor to lower, obstructing the visibility of the roadway while driving. The contact later received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 22v420000 (latches/locks/linkages). The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who informed the contact that there was no failure with the secondary latch. The dealer lubricated the hood lock assembly and the secondary hood latch; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.
